We had some doors made for a bathroom remodel a few years ago. We used Robinson Glass, I can't remember how much they cost and can't locate the invoice but they were nice doors, good craftsmanship, and they weren't anything too fancy. I'd have them come out and give you an estimate or take your measurements in to them, they were pretty easy to work with.
You're wanting sliders? Why not have two custom short pieces made, one for each end then buy a standard size slider?

We used Robinson on our home we built last year. Very nice. But I don't think you'll be able to hit your budget.
Call Jeff at Riverbend Glass in Jenks. They did some shower doors for a remodel a few years ago and did a great job. Mirrors also.
