I agree. I have mine outfitted with a surefire x300.
This is the gun I have sitting by me at all times. I have a raven concealment holster and a sonny rig for it and my scar 17 on my area ranger belt ready for the zombies.

Well I can see there is a lot of 1911 fans here, I carry a springfield XD45 in the cooler months in a crossbreed supertuck. When it gets warm and I wear shorts I go with the glock 23. It is easier to conceal and with Zombie ammo (horonady critical defense) it is perfect for me in the summer. It really depends on what you like as to what you carry
