I agree with farmerbyron, but thats still not my point. I understand that every build is different and issues come up, things sneak out the door. But when I called (keep in mind, I bought the gun directly from them with the RJF rollmark and everything), I was told that they did not manufacture that gun and were not responsible.

If you are cool dealing with people who dont stand behind their work, be my guest.

On the other hand, some of the local builders we have here in oklahoma, I can guarantee you could be the problem, you could screw it up, and most of the time, they are going to step help to help you get it fixed. (Mark Firearms, FB Tactical, Coldhand Arms, just to name a few)

Exactly! I don't care if I'm looking for an Ar and they sold Whitey a paper clip. The point is how they treated him. Not the actual gun itself. Then you take into consideration all the other documented issues with their builds and it's a no-brainier. Why would you even still remotely consider buying one of their guns? The one episode I saw of them on TV and I was like, these guys are clowns.

Who is BobAsh...he is a new and entertaining player!
Never met you dude...how do you do?

Not so new...

And seriously, I'm not trying to "fix" the internet or white-knight for these people.

It just strikes me odd that grown men would make comments about another mans daughter...I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate it if it were your wife or kid.

I know- "it's the internet!" "all the guys were doing it!" lol

I might well go on TV with my business for the opportunity to make some $$$. I sure wouldn't drag my kids into it in the first place. Strikes me odd that grown men would do that.

That's a pretty specious argument lol. What I'm talking about is a matter of mutual respect among men.

I've said all I'm going to say on the subject. Carry on in whatever fashion suits your level of maturity.

I would guess that Joe, Flem and Vince could build a decent custom AR on their own if left alone. All that drama about Vince leaving them high and dry is lame...I suspect it had more to do with their BATF woes than anything. If i remember correctly they were running on Vince FFL and he was none too happy about how things were being run under his licensing. So he's labeled as a problem child and Joe takes over the license. Of course this is in no way fact just internet true lol. Either way after watching Will in action and subtracting the fact that editing probably makes him seem worse than he is I surmise he's still not anyone I would do business with. If I want another custom AR I'll go back to Loki Weapons Systems here in Oklahoma, those guys are top notch.
