Possible or not? What do you think? I'm talking custom build not asking if someone is going to start offering them.
anything is possible.. I'm sure there are better guns to modify. but easiest off the top of my head would be circuit judge. just needs cylinder reamed and barrel broached.. or similar work to a lever gun. can't think of any similar calibers in a bolt gun...
Hadn't thought of a circuit judge. Im not sure if they could withstand the pressure though.
Ruger 77/44 is a bolt action rotary mag rifle. Don't know if the mod would be possible or not. The action length may not allow the .500 /.460 mags.
Bolt face is very close to standard magnum - building 460sw on Savage WSM receiver would be a very straight forward.

not sure if a krag would like the pressure all that much...but i think a light handling bolt action like a savage would be real cool
I think the idea is cool. Could be neat in a lever gun too.
