I strapped my hogleg on and drug my trash to the curbside this morning.
No one stopped and screamed or stared or paniced or passed out or pointed or drew down on me or tried to take it away or even asked me any questions.
Damn dissappointing experience if you ask me.

I was a complete girl about it this morning. I recently bought a Serpa holster for my HK just for the purpose of post-Halloween carry. I put it on and I thought it mad me look fat. I tried on a Don Hume leather OWB and it coordinated well with my belt so I went with it. I tied it all together with a vest that covered everything up.

I was wondering if I would ever feel comfortable carrying open, after this morning, I think I will stick to concealed unless I'm on the farm or at the range. It sure feels nice though not to have to worry about printing or a jacket blowing open!

This reminds me of when I was a kid on Christmas. Waiting a month to open all of the presents. Then when the day finally comes you find out the packages contained socks and school clothes. The anticipation was much greater than the event itself.

Got up showered, ate breakfast, had my morning glory, got ready to put my pants on and my wife asked if I was going to OC today. I looked at her funny for a second. Then said, "Ehh, Maybe tomorrow."

However I did notice that there was a river of . . . .water from the neighbor's sprinkler running down the street. No blood.
