I know this will be a bit of thread drift, but... Is it possible, that if someone had the financial wherewithal, that these departments and others like them be sued for this crap? I always thought the CLEO signature was supposed to be nothing more than a formality saying that A) It was legal to own in that particular jurisdiction, and B) that you as an individual were good to go. Or am I mistaken about it's purpose?
