I have some groupons left, after using them I am closing my account, and I will call them and tell them why.
Same with Bank of America...i am closing my credit card, and I will call and tell them why.

I contacted them and asked them to cancel my account (seems to be the only way) and stated their pulling of gun deals as the reason. I got an automated e-mail stating that they usually respond within 24 hours but were backed up right now so it could be longer.
