okc
oklahoma city uses a lot of water on the hefner golf course. they dont consider the water used on the golf course as consumption because its untreated.

Some surrounding towns are just as guilty...

Midwest City didn't implement any watering restrictions last summer, even when OKC did. I drove past at least 3 developments this morning that had their sprinklers going...watering the entrance landscaping and dormant bermuda.
