I think the Lawton FGST needs to get ready to stand outside the buy area offering to top whatever the LPD will offer - we just need to stay well clear of the police so as to not interfere with their official business.

HA kind of funny they do not have the funds to buy the guns.
But then again they should have enough money to protect and serve.

I will post an add on craigslist in lawton..food for unwanted guns

I sense an interesting future for gun buy back programs in America.

They'll find a way to squash it. Make a few disturbing the peace arrests, maybe add in some public intox charges. Run a sting with a stolen gun or two, sell the " stolen gun" then bust the buyer for possession of stolen property and gun trafficking.

Of course I wouldn't expect such tactics from Oklahoma LEOs but I could see it in the bigger liberal cities.

I have an in-law with a piece of crap .22 pistol that costs more to fix it than it's worth, and doesn't work.

I'll see about selling it for $50.00 and applying the money to a new pistol that does work.
