No Offense taken, that is why I tend to not join new sites, but I did not join to run out and buy firearms from everyone on the first day or do anything remotely considered shady. I joined at the recommendation of an existing member, first impression are all positive and I expect over time I may be consider something other than a newb

Had a guy contact me to sell a gun back east somewhere, I wondered if it might have been an ATF agent as well. Either way I didn't respond.
Guys, in all due respect, I think the ATF has bigger fish to fry than the OSA classifieds. Follow the laws and you have nothing to worry about.
I had a kid (self proclaimed 17 year old) try to talk me into a rifle purchase a little while back. Same dude a month or so later said he was 20 asking me to sell him a pistol lol

...I originally joined OSA because a friend mentioned where I could buy some ammo. The one that he referred me to was gone, but I watched the classifieds and noticed another who was selling, so I PM'ed them and we made a deal with a face to face in the Hooter's parking lot.
Two things I learned from that experience; I was good to go with buying in-state and I'm now not so sure that my "friend" is still my friend. I spend too much time here on occasion, enough so that my sleep is deprived.

There is nothing illegal about shipping ammo out of state as long as you don't ship it via the post office. UPS will accept and ship ammo. Just needs the proper ORM-D label.
