I believe there may be things in this world that we either cannot understand or cannot see at this time which may be explained by multiple universes, currently unknown laws of physics or the such, but as far as some humans having special "magical" powers for good or evil, no I do not.

I agree with this. There is a lot more that we do not understand then most people and many scientist like to think. We are really just scratching the surface at this point.
And there is a huge difference between classic witchcraft and wiccans. The two share almost nothing that I have been able to find.
Your beyond help. I see that in your posts.
