I was thinking about a "Urban Hero" run n gun....mandatory jean shorts 3X too big, white T-shirt. Must use Hi-Point 9mm or .45 (your choice). Run/shooting stages completed offhand, with weak hand holding shorts up.

UMB, I quite enjoyed our little convention in the ravine. And thank God for whomever that was who showed up and actually saw the rope!

Is the ravine u r talking about the one u had to crawl under a fence at the top? I had trouble climbing over the round bales. I never saw a rope anywhere.

Thats the one. It was a black rope which was mostly covered by the leaves and dirt. Did you find out that the round bales were not an obstacle?

UMB, round bales, and a friggin rope?

I missed all three of those. Dangit. (or maybe I did meet you UMB but my memory sucks and I can't remember the names of most of the folks I met, even the guy who walked with me in between a couple stages. LOL)

That ravine...I'm sure we could go back and look at it on a well rested, hydrated day and the climb would be nothing, but at that point in the race all I could do was stand there for a minute and think "and this is what we are doing for fun?".

I asked Danny if he knew what you looked like. I didnt want to be the guy shouting SMS! SMS! come out and play! He told me you were wearing gray. That didnt really narrow it down for me.
I heard a couple of people scaled the round bales. Every one else I know of went around them. Im pretty sure the trail was marked to the side of the bales which I interpreted to mean they were not part of the course.

Can we get a judges ruling on this TK?

Since Al said if it was there u were probably supposed to consider it an obstacle and the flag was stuck in the top of the bale, I could not go around it. Started to but went back and over.

Ha! I don't even remember SEEING any bales. Must have been the bloody tears and sweat in my eyes. After filling all my mags with sand going under the wires, I sure as hell wouldn't have skipped anything I saw. Dang.
