What's everyone doing for new years eve? We've normally spend it at home with the kids, but I'd like to get out and do something this year with my wife and maybe some friends. Anyone been to Bricktown or anywhere else fun to go for the mid 30s age group?

Somehow managed to get invited to a fancy pants shindig at Southern Hills in Tulsa...I'll be there sticking out like a sore thumb Beverly Hillbillies style...
GC, too. You couldn't pay me to go to Opening Night ... or Bricktown ... or anywhere else that people tend to gravitate to on New Year's Eve ... Too many stupid, mean, inconsiderate people out there these days ... I'm gonna do what I always do. Sit in my jammies, in my nice warm house and find a good movie ... or a good book ... and drink a hot toddy while poor old GC is out and about violating folks' constitutional rights and generating revenue ...

Sleep most likely. I regard holidays like NYE as amateur night. The real pros stay home or get a designated driver.
Not a New Years Eve fan. I've never been one to stay up late as I always get up early no matter what time I go to bed. And to be out somewhere freezing my ass off just isn't very tempting.
We used to go to Opening Night. But we are gettin' older, and just doesn't appeal to us anymore.
