Whats the best option to watch them this year? During the London Olympics I had a VPN connection into the UK so I could watch the BBC feeds of any event I wanted.

I'm assuming I'll need to do the same for these..

I love the Olympics like no other sporting event.

I'll get up in the middle of the night to watch an event I didn't know existed a couple weeks ago if the US has a chance at a medal.

USA, USA, USA!

The 2012 games was the first for me with a DVR. Loved it. Before that, I was doing the same thing. Can't wait.

I seen something about an app for live streaming. Might look into that as wel.

My wife gave me a new TV for Christmas specifically so we can watch the games in Sochi. I love watching the Olympics, winter or summer.

Lindsey Vonn fired herself yesterday

That doesn't surprise me at all - she really did a number on her knee, and she kept re-injuring it during what should have been a period of zero activity and all rehab. The odds would have been overwhelmingly against her in competition with a bunch of athletes of Olympic caliber who have no such injuries. Too bad she decided to withdraw, but it was the smart thing to do.

I'm looking forward to watching some curling, believe it or not. It's fun to see those sweepers furiously scrubbing the ice in front of the stone while the hurler looks on and shouts commands.
