Democrats strike again.

Today the Republicans in the Senate offered an amendment to restore the cuts in veterans benefits from the latest spending bill by closing a loophole that lets illegal immigrants defraud the taxpayer out of billions of dollars. For the 2nd time the Democrats shot it down. Guess they prefer illegals over vets. :screwy:

You do remember that Republicans are the one's that authored the cut in our benefits, right?.

Nice spin but it was a budget deal between the Republicans and the Democrats. The Republicans have since made two attempts to fix it by closing the loophole that lets illegal immigrants get billions of dollars a year in tax refunds. Both times the Democrats said no. The Democrat's war on veterans continues.

Putting the Veterans in the take away column, thats the way our DemocRATS say thank you.Keeping the benefits for the illegals it's the Obama way, probably part of his wealth redistribution policy.

As long as two party dictatorship is in control it will take a lot of pressure from the American people to make anything happen. We would be better off picking 535 random people off the street and replacing what we have now.
