I haven't used Hotgunz. I've purchased some guns at gun shows from folks the no questions asked Oklahoma way. I would like to have a quick way to check if they are stolen...before the purchase. How about a cell phone APP? Well, I called the TPD, Tulsa Co Sheriffs and the FBI about a simple list of stolen gun serial numbers. No other info just the serial numbers. It was amazing how numb brained they all were about why I would want to do such a thing!!?? They could not get past the fact that I had the audacity to ask about the holy grail of stolen guns list.

Public isn't legally supposed to beable to call and run a gun thru NCIC. Not open to the public.

I sent a nicely worded, polite E-Mail to the Osage sheriff dept, (asking the same thing) they won't even reply. Now if I send them an attaboy about anything my E-Mail gets a reply, so it's not like they do not get them, they choose not to reply. That crap is un-called for.

For this, I will remember when the time comes for two things, they want money, or votes.

I know absolutely zero about them. However, I did Google and here’s what came up:

https://www.hotgunz.com/
Before you buy any used gun, check it against the largest user-submitted database of stolen firearms. The HotGunz Stolen Firearms Database has OVER 27,000 stolen guns from all over North America, and best of all... It's absolutely FREE.
