Well, with what I do, I need it to be more easily accessible from a sitting position and I am tall with long arms so I feel like the ankle holster would fit my needs the best

I would think that if you were in an emergency situation it would be hard to get to. You'd either have to kneel or bend over and pull up a pants leg.

I have both the "lite" version and the leather versions, both are unbelievably comfortable (especially with the optional calf strap). I've even carried a Glock 19 comfortably in a galco ankle glove :-)

I think traditionally people wear the gun on the inside of their leg, but I've found that if I rotate it until the slide/bore is aiming at the top of my foot that it conceals better and is easier to draw. I'm not wearing it on the front of my leg, but it's probably between the 1 and 2 o clock postions on my left leg. This puts the slide more in line with the natural crease of your pants if they have creases, or how your pants drape off of the front of your knee.
