Yes, as a matter of fact they do. My sister-in-law can't take cholesterol medicine because it messes with her liver. She went to taking a tablespoon of Omega 3 Castor Oil and her cholesterol has dropped. We could only find regular castor oil at Walmart, but we'll check at Walgreens because that's where sister-in-law says she buys hers.
