AAT is responsible, period. However, it would be nice to have the " 'smith's " name as well. In the unlikely event that the owner is not lying about farming the work out, (classic obfuscation move, btw) then the community needs to be aware.
Also, it aint just OSA. It is up on the facebook now as well. How far it goes depends on what AAT does.
