Oklahoma State Fair

Its that time of year for the state fair. I saw a placard for it at Walgreens here in Duncan.
The last day to get tickets in advance is the 16th. It will be open from the 17th to the 27th
according to the website: http://www.okstatefair.com/. I didn't have much time to read all about it,
so i am throwing this out there if anyone wants to add to it or give everyone a breakdown.

I have a concealed carry permit, may I carry my gun?
Weapons are not allowed at the Oklahoma State Fair. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the Oklahoma State Fair, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of the Oklahoma State Fair rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.

4 Any property designated by a city, town, county, or state, governmental authority as a park, recreational area, or fairgrounds; provided nothing in this paragraph shall be construed to authorize any entry by a person in possession of a concealed or unconcealed handgun into any structure, building, or office space which is specifically prohibited by the provisions of subsection A of this section;

I can't wait for the fair! I am going on Saturday evening and am giving myself a $60 food budget to shove as much craptastic food as I can in my body. Then on Sunday I get to ride in the back seat of a company car with my boss and tattle tale co worker to a training convention in Dallas. :rubhands:

So by law you can carry on the outside grounds, but by decree of the Fair board (in violation of the law) you can't carry at all.

Am I understanding this right?
