With any luck the new turnpike will have a roller coaster bridge and the state won't force the contractors to fix their mistake. Talk about hosing the tax payers.
The bridges I was talking about was a mistake by the designer, that's who should have been held accountable. Of course it would have likely bankrupt the consultant so the state wouldn't want to do that.

And yes you can go to the Oklahoma County Assessors' website and pull up a parcel and get the current owner, tax payment status, assessed value, improvements, out buildings, etc. even a satellite image. It's been awhile since I worked OK County but the needed account was free and it was scary how much info was available. Their server room is pretty unreal. All land and tax records for the entire county are digital. Or at least they were then, but I imagine they still are.
I-40 and Choctaw road interchange will be all new very soon.

I hope this is sarcasm. I wouldn't call the turnpikes well maintained in comparison to other states.
The best maintained roads in the state.
My cousin lives on Peebly rd and is afraid the proposed turnpike will cause them to move.
