I just saw a guy on youtube doing this and man would that be comfortable if it worked. Anyone try it. I typically wear jeans and a cotton T shirt. Im some what in shape guy, 6 foot tall. Let me know if you do and what brand you carry with.
Remember that NOBODY is paying attention to your waistline. I frequently carry in one of my own holsters with an untucked shirt covering. Hell, you could probably get by with just a T shirt as a cover garment, so long as you don't buy them from Baby Gap.
I carry the rig in my avatar pic under a tshirt everyday.
I sometimes carry any fns9 owb. Loose fitting t shirt works well.
I often carry my Glock 22 or 27 in an OWB leather holster... I think it's a Galco? Can't remember offhand, but it has a very slight forward cant, and I wear loose-fitting shirts 'cause I'm fat. It is more comfortable than most ways to carry I've tried, at the expense of the butt being a bit more prominent - but as said above, don't flatter yourself into thinking anyone is paying attention to you. lol
I ONLY carry OWB as it's much more comfortable than IWB.

As others have stated, OWB is not really an issue, as long as your belt and holster keep the butt of the pistol tucked in and close. I'm carrying a Colt Commander in an OWB holster from Nightingale Leather today on a Wilderness 5-Stitch belt with a simple T-Shirt over it. The T-shirt is not skin tight, and nobody's gonna notice I'm a MWAG . No big deal
