Brazil is racially diverse as the US and the same kind of "race war" was created here, by the left. Nowadays, after observing the strong leftist doctrine that goes on under here, I'm definitely sure that liberals ( left-wing socially inclined liberals) need to "adopt" a certain minority to serve their purpose. If they don't have a minority, they create one.
