Sorry it has taken so long to follow up on this. Sooner Guns and gold went above and beyond to make this right for me. They took the assembled gun back, stripped it and started completely over. The cerakote is now flawless. They reassembled the gun free of charge. I will be using them for all my cerakote from now on.

Was not thinking about doing any cerakote but after your story and positive review of Sooner Guns I may just take a gun there to have done anyway! Great to hear that they went to that effort to make it right.

You'll be happy, much cheaper than other places I looked too. My buddy took his to Harsh but after he saw how good mine looked he almost cried because he paid twice as much for the same work lol

That would never fly here. $80 more than that $100.

Follow up, I ended up going to Sooner guns and gold to have my gun coated. I paid 100 for the upper, lower, and 13" BCM rail. I guess you get what you pay for. A ton of sand from the blasting process was left in the gun and just painted over.

I noticed some spots when I picked it up but I was going to complain since they were much cheaper than other places. Once I got home and started to assemble the gun I really noticed how lazy of a job it actually was. Might just do the next one myself.
