I thought about it then did the math. $500 (lifetime) / $25 (annual) = 20 years; probably not worth it at my age.
Wished it was that simple. Called a few times and asked to be put on the no call list and for them to stop mailing me. Didn't work.
I've been a member since the 70's. I get nothing from them except a letter or two wanting a renewal.
I hated getting all the extra mailings.
Can't remember if it was a website or a phone number I used, but it worked.
I just received a Lifetime membership offer via Midway for $600 instead of the current $1500 good through the 27th of February.
