I've read, re-read, watched and asked and figured out what I'm going to do. Sort of a combination of doing nothing and spending the next two months, shooting, cleaning, praying, cussing and so on.
Going to clean with patches and nylon brush. Shoot ten rounds zeroing in at 100 yds. Take home and clean with copper brush and patches. Shoot 10 rounds, clean with nylon brush and patches and I'm done. After that I'll just just clean with nylon brush and patches or bore snake.
I'm done. Will have to see if it's good or bad.

If you are getting half MOA or better with those first 10 shots, why would you clean and what would you hope to gain by cleaning?
