Been over a month waiting on my renewal. It expires in November, so guess I still have time.
Just to update. Received the email stating my application was received from Rogers county on 1/24/17. Haven't seen wait times on this thread since late summe of 16. Hopefully they're still cranking them out in 3 weeks like then! Impatiently waiting!
You'll get it soon I think. Took about two months after I got my email notification for me. You know you can email them with your filing info and get a status update.

Just received mine in Tulsa County in 47 days. Dropped the application off at the Sherriff's Department on February 6, received an e-mail from OSBI showing that they had received it on February 9th, and received my license in the mail this weekend on March 25th.
Just got mine today in Cleveland County. 39 days total. 20 days processing time with the CCSO and 19 days of processing time with the OSBI.
- Finished app w/ fingerprints in person on March 8th. (submitted 1st part of the application online on March 4th)
- OSBI received the application from Cleveland County on March 28th.
- License issued on April 13th.
- License in mailbox on April 15th.

I applied December 27, 2016 at the Leflore County Sheriffs office. Notified of bad prints and was reprinted digitally in Sallisaw on February 2nd. Bad again and digitally redone February 14th. Absolutely no word since. 115 day mark was April 21st I think so I sent an email inquiry that did not get a reply. Why am I so long of wait ?

Did you just send the email yesterday? They'll probably reply early next week if so. I've heard of people getting their first sets of fingerprints rejected and it adding quite a bit of time to getting their license but the digital fingerprints were always approved from what I saw.
It'd be a long drive for you but you're also allowed to be fingerprinted directly at the OSBI office in OKC after two rejections, not sure if that'd even speed things up though.
One thing to consider is maybe you have a common name so they're having to double check a lot of things and are just using the fingerprints as an excuse for more time (since I believe by law they only have 90 days from the day they receive and approve the fingerprints @ the OSBI)... Wouldn't surprise me to learn that's a thing they do so they don't go over the 90 days.
Hopefully they reply to your email next week with an update.
