Howdy folks noticed today when I got on Facebook Firearms Solutions had a spot about the First Pin Shoot of the year is Sunday. Usely a pretty good time I think.

It is a blast. I try to make them all. I think Im going to Tulsa this time though. My friend won the last one they had last year so I need to shut him up.
Second Saturday of the month. Type in SCRAP club and it pulls the site and check calendar for events. You don't need to be a member and first competition is free.

They shoot steel challenge on the 2nd Saturday's at 10:00. Signup at 9:30. You don't have to be a member to watch or shoot it. (Be sure to bring eye and ear protection) Bring your gun and ammo. About 10 minutes into it you'll wish you had brought your gear. Those guys are real accommodating to those new to steel challenge. The will even insist that you shoot your first match free.

I'm planning on going to watch. I haven't seen a steel match up close and live, and since I'm out of school this month I'm not cramming for exams. Thanks for the info Bub. You too MP!

I've been to that range but never to a steel challenge. May bring my stuff. Just in case.
