I like Austin, but it's been corrupted...big time. Hippy stuff has been twisted into a liberal, political, free for all. 60's hippys are spinning in their overdose, drug-induced graves.
Whatever happened to just enjoying a nice sipping whiskey??

My training and experience leads me to believe that term is usually bestowed upon those drugs of either the smack or speed variety, although I do believe some (mostly older) marijuana users may still occasionally use the term.

Dope is used interchangeably for lots of drugs in general.

I thought DOPE was - Pretty much logging of information on the performance of your rifle in relation to ammo components used, distance to target, humidity, temperature, wind speed and direction, etc etc, a sniper thing. I am really out of the loop. And glad I am too!!
