You OK LEOs get 16hrs of CLEET accredited professional development time for this course. I'll be sending the training roster to CLEET after the class but am happy to provide the course number upon request.

Mike Pannone - Covert Carry Pistol
This two (2) day Covert Carry Pistol Course is a course designed for the individual needing immediate access to a covertly carried concealed firearm on his/her person, whether working in a civilian, law enforcement or military capacity.

The CTT-Solutions Covert Carry Course is designed to exercise and refine the skills necessary to access and effectively use a concealed handgun with a high level of speed and efficiency, day or night. Students will be required to use the same gun and holster throughout the entire course. Time will be allotted in the first day to identify the best type, location and wear of holster and associated equipment (suggestions for holsters and ancillary gear will be discussed during the course). The remainder of the course will be dedicated to making the use of the weapon from that configuration rapid, sure and effective. Although courses of fire will go out as far as fifty (50) meters, the bulk will be multiple partially obscured targets with multiple shots per target at three (3) to fifteen (15) meters.

Equipment Required (minimum):
  • Serviceable semi-automatic pistol of 9mm or larger caliber (this is a semi-auto pistol course)
  • Weapon mounted light (if you carry one concealed) and hand held compact high output flashlight
  • 1000 rounds of quality ammunition
  • Concealment holster
  • One (1) magazine pouch and four (4) magazines (ten (10) round capacity or greater) or eight (8) magazines (nine (9) round capacity or less)
  • Normal range bag equipment: eyes (clear and tinted), ears, cleaning equipment, basic tools required to maintain your pistol, holster and pouches
  • Jacket, sweatshirt, old suit coat or vest for concealment purposes
Topics covered during the course:
  • Safety
  • Carry options
  • Day and Low Light Marksmanship
  • Weapons Handling
  • Malfunctions
  • Multiple targets at short range (surgical)
  • Personal and family response to public threat and active shooter events
  • Flashlight techniques
  • Dynamic day and low light shooting events

I'm gonna have to start a training fund, because you keep bringing in some top notch instructors.

That's the plan. We're trying to broaden the experience base folks can draw from locally. We've got some quality local dudes teaching classes in Oklahoma. Our goal is to give people access to different perspectives on the same course material, as well as skills or techniques the local guys may not be teaching, as well as bringing in folks teaching what the local dudes aren't. Learning from many masters allows us to develop our own unique style, vs simply emulating what & how one guy has taught us. I started this whole thing because I knew I couldn't be the only person wanting to train with the Pannones, McPhees, etc. but being restricted geographically, financially, and time-wise from doing it.

Grab a seat and come get your learn on. This is one of Mike's most sought after classes, and is not an "Up" drills class. For those who are not familiar with Mike's background, here's the nickel tour:

US Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance
US Army Special Forces
US Army 1st SFOD-D (Delta)
Fed. Air Marshal Program Primary Instructor
Military Contractor
Master Class USPSA pistol shooter

Suffice it to say that Mike knows a lot more about pulling triggers on humans than just point and click. You're going to get a robust education in accessing and employing a concealed handgun when and how it matters, from a guy who made a several-decades-long career out of it at the highest operational levels of military service.
