I know it's been posted here with very poor reviews, but I picked up a pair of over prescription ballistic shooting glasses from Cabela's and I think there great.
The best thing is they're comfortable and keep my prescription glasses in place. Before, recoil would move them and I'd have to reposition every shot.
Ear covers fit pretty good but put in foam plugs with them and even better.
They were on sale and I'm going back and pick up a few more. Then I can have them in my shooting bags and vehicles.

What exactly did you buy sounds like something I need
Champion is the brand at Cabela's. I got the clear but they do come in other tints. Regular price is around $14.00 but I picked mine up on sale at about half the price.
They are ballistic shooting glasses and I really do like the way they keep my prescription in place. Extremely comfortable.
I wear no line progressive trifocals so getting the position on the sight picture is important as is keeping them in position. These do that for me.

I'm wondering what kinda handgun knocks yer eyeglasses out of kilter...
Ha. No problem with handguns, even hand cannons, but with my rifles, it's an issue. Scopes are very unforgiving when you get the sweet spot in your lense and your lense...if you get my drift....
