It's amazing when anti-gun folks really sit down and look at the facts and look past the rhetoric of gun related deaths numbers their eyes open to the truth.
They may still be anti-gun, but they look at the other side not in the same way they did in the past.

Very unusual for someone to admit that their long held beliefs were wrong. We see it in every area of life. The only way to end firearm related deaths would be to eliminate all firearms, and we know that would be an impossible task. We have already tried it with alcohol, and you saw how well that worked. Alcohol related deaths, not mentioning the lives ruined by alcohol, far out number deaths by firearms, but As a society we have no interest in attempting to eliminate alcohol. We have gun enthusiasts on both sides of the aisle, but for some reason, fun control is a political issue, insuring that it will never be solved.

Read that the other day. Truly interesting when even the hardened lib does their own research instead of relying on the sheep herder to feed them data, they realize the truth...

BTW, that was published in the Tulsa World today as well.
Good to know. Read this earlier this week (& posted it here). Hope it gets some traction.
Didn't she write that she still doesn't want a gun because she believes it more dangerous to have one than not?

Gun control is a form of social engineeering - a premise of which is, "I'm smarter than you are so I can best decide what is bad for you."

Social engineers suffer from a lack of teachability because their premise is flawed. There is always some excuse for why their idea did not work and then they move on to promote more of the same in some modified form.

It is rare to see a social engineer who puts aside their superior attitude and ego to seek the truth.
