That's exactly the reason I decided to NOT use dummy rounds. No question as to whether a chambered round is live or not.Just don't do a 'brain fart' and forget that you're 'dry firing' with live rounds
snap caps will better suit you... just wanted to chime in, ive deprimed a handful of primers myself and was never worried about a pop... youd think one would be more concerned priming a casing with all the primers in the tube rather than depriming a solo primer...
