Yeah, it's a long list, but SRV is my all time favorite.

I was a drummer for a long time in many different bands but ended up playing blues/rock for the last several years.

I used to go to a lot of blues festivals. Just couldn't get enough.

One of the best times of my life.

SRV is my all time favorite as well...I loved his sessions with Albert King, Mark Knopfler is number 2 for me , but I like the soulful guitarists .....

If you've ever seen this guy live, well... it's an experience.

Take it out to 6:20

Saw him at Cain's a few weeks ago. Incredible performer, I've been following him for 20 years, man. Ridiculous.

Someday, when I hit the mega superlottery, I'm gonna pay him, Ian Moore, KWS, Malford Milligan and Clapton to come play a party at my place! :D

This is pretty damn cool!

Speaking of flamenco versions of songs--this is a flamenco version of "High Wire," the theme for the hour long version of the 1960s British TV series Danger Man, known as Secret Agent in the US. While here in the US the Johnny Rivers song "Secret Agent Man" was used as the theme, this was the official theme. You may recognize it as the music played at the start of the episodes after the first commercial break:
