Yes att sucks. I have been with them for almost 10 years. They have no interest in updating their towers. They only care about more customers. But once you become one they could care less about you. Their customer service is horrible. I live in the country which is not too far out of city limits. It’s a nice area called south rock creek. My service is terrible. Right now I am getting one bar of lte. When I run a speed test it will clock in at a whopping .5mbps! You read that right. I have a Verizon hotspot for my internet and I get 3-4 bars constantly and my speed ranges from 7-20mbps. And when I need to call Verizon I always get through to someone quick and they are always an American.
