California agents have been known to stake out gun shows in neighboring states and take note of California plates, then have those people pulled over once they cross state lines on their way back home.
Very true. Just like Police in different municipalities stake out fireworks stands in Okla. when the cities nearby outlaw fireworks.
But, that is not going to stop anybody from making a purchase at a walmart, or gun shop to be taken back into restricted areas.
Its stupid. They can't stop it.
Except, of course, the law abiding.
I think there is a one gun a month or something like that in that area, or used to be. I'm thinking there was a court decision that struck that down?
The Law Abiding had to abide by the same rules the gun runners did.
