Not sure a CCW would have helped her. With two dogs, both of her arms would have probably been occupying a toothed jaw, or at least trying to protect her throat with her free hand.
A snubbie like sp101 in a 357 and one shot. Might have scattered the dogs. No need to hit em just the noise to disrupt the attack. Just sayin. Dogs ears are very sensitive.
I only carry for one reason: Just in case I need it.

I can’t remember the first time I heard those words regarding a firearm, but I haven’t heard anything since that explained it better.
