What factory 223 ammo are you guys using that you find to be the most consistently accurate?

For factory loads, my rifle likes the 77g IMI Razor Core. It’s a 14.5” BCM barrel with a 1x7 twist. Shoots well out of my buddy’s rifle as well. I haven’t shot the 55g but I bet it shoots great as well.

IMI is on sale at Midway USAright now.

Midway has been killing it with the IMI ammo, 55 g at .26 cpr, can't speak of accuracy since I just ping steel..

My colt shoots both 223 and 5.56 with 1/7 twist. To me, the 5.56 is much more accurate. Of the 223, all perform about the same. Got this from pew pew tactical
Bullet weight Twist
40 gr 1:12
55 gr 1:9
62 gr 1:8 or 1:7
80 gr 1:7
With normal cartridges, you’re most likely to see 55 grain and 62 grain bullets. These are fine to shoot in 1:7 to 1:9 barrels and you probably won’t even notice a difference up to 300 yards.
I like the 55 grain myself

18" 1:7, 62gr Federal Fusion and 65gr Hornady Black. Anywhere between .75-1.25 MOA. At this point it's the only factory ammo I would buy for non plinking use.
