I would think over gassed then. Look where the brass is ejecting when suppressed. If overgassed, it'll come out about 1 o'clock. You want it at 3-4 o'clock.

Only ran it with the can. I should of tested it without but I didn’t.
Rear of it. But some where fired from a vehicle so my windshield caught a lot. And I do recall the bolt locking back with the carbine buffer.
Yeah they can be. Read a lot on 300BLK and generally it's suggested to get an adjustable block when planning to shoot suppressed. One suggested opening up the gas port to a larger size as well if I remember right as sometimes they will be undergassed when not shooting suppressed. But being over gassed is even worse when they have the 16 inch barrel with a pistol length gas system.
Cool. Open it up to lock back and then another 1/2 turn to make it reliable.
