Reddington says he doesn’t blame the agent for the shooting but has hired attorneys. As for Agent Bishop, if it turns out he was intoxicated at the time of the accident he’ll be fired. Even if he somehow keeps his job, his career at the FBI is probably ruined. It goes without saying that no one should be doing acrobatic moves in a crowded bar with a loaded gun in their belt.

I've seen the video on the news several times.

The gun didn't "go off." It was just lying there on the floor after falling from his holster.

The idiot picked it up with his finger on the trigger and accidently/negligently fired it.

If he wasn't intoxicated, or even if he was, he's dumber than a stump either way. :drunk2:

I am sick to nausea of the press reporting "the gun did it". The jackass picked up the gun and pulled the trigger, pure negligence.

I am very careful to always take my gun out of my holster when I do backflips. I always hand it to a buddy and say, " Here, hold my gun and watch this!" Safety First!!!
