I have this rifle in both 308 and 6.5cm. the 308 was moa or sub-moa with my handloads from my savage right out of the box. the 6.5cm shoots 1/2 moa all day long with my handloads. YMMV, but i say for that price, take the leap, they are great and the cost is almost comically cheap!
