Anyone else go today? I (Mugsy) went along with Sanford (& Mrs Sanford), and CAR-AR-15.
Lots of military items (it was filled) and a little bit in the way of guns, mostly older type -don’t think I saw a single AR. Many premium priced M-1 Carbines, lots of MBARs (I have no experience pricing those) and a good assortment of BP weapons and swords/sabres.

I didnt see any Martini-Henry rifles. Lots of Trapdoor rifles/carbines and Swiss Vetterili's though. Otherwise a good amount of mausers, enfields, mosins, garands, krags, and m1 carbines with a few carcanos and steyr m95's thrown in

Most of his shows are low cost - $7 or $8.

I stand corrected, off by a little...from the Heartland Militaria website ( http://heartlandmilitariashow.com/index.php/showinfo/ ):

  • General Admission is $10
  • Vets/LEO/Firefighters/OSA $9
  • Children under 12 free
  • If you bring an item to trade or sell you will get a $1 off general admission as well.
  • Only One Discount per person.
BTW, I'd like to point out that Matt (Navy_Chief) gives OSA members a specific discount even though we, as a group, don't do a whole lot to affect his bottom line.

Well the girl at the door didn't know what OSA was so no discount!
