I've never seen so much venomous hatred in our country until now. There is no civil discourse, only demonstrations, name-calling and criticism. We gave Obama the benefit of the doubt and when he failed didn't march, demonstrate of call him and his family names, one would think that the left would afford us the same courtesy. I've heard it said that say we are close to a civil war if it continues, I hope not.

Had this been Hilary/Pelosi/Schumer/etc, They would have raised Hell and this would dominate the mainstream media news for days.

It seems only democrats have the right to refuse service. Good Christians refuse to put certain decorations on a cake, that's not ok. Democrats refuse service due to political affiliation and that's somehow ok.

Yes, leftist hypocrisy at its finest.

Not quite true. Sure, there were no huge marches, but I spent 8 long years watching many conservative friends and family call Obama every name in the book, saw many celeb's call for a federal investigation into his birth certificate, saw Fox slander him on almost an hourly basis. This division has been going on for a long ass time. The only difference is the internet has made it easier for both right and left wing extremists to get their POV heard. As more people listen, more gravitate to those messages.

What people need to understand is both the right wing and left wing are both apart of the same diseased bird. This is why I'm an independent. I have stood up for ideals favored by the left and turned around and stood up for ideals favored by the right. Almost all these politicians do is say enough to get voted in by one party or the other then do whatever they can to make as much money as they can for as long as they can. Honestly, I think Trump is pretty much an idiot. That being said, I would rather have him in the office than Hilary. It wasn't because he was better, it was because he was the lesser of two evils, though at the rate he is going it might not matter much either way.

As for the OP, the restaurant has the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. Just as the patron has the write to tell the world about how they were treated.

Beat me to it. Totally different narrative now. Who is calling for violence and dropping f bombs on TV and foaming at the mouth? The leftists. Didn't see any GOP'ers doing that with Obama. Obama had it easy.

Can you picture the stink if a restaurant had refused service to any of Obama's staff? They would have been shut down for being racist if the loony lefties did not burn it down first. I also do not remember anyone calling for Obama's daughters to be gang raped.
