788 requires a person purchase a 100 dollar and something license every 2 years to buy marijuana.
And then they can run that list of licenses against their SDA license list and use it against them.
With recreational marijuana there is no license, there is no list.
You just walk in, make your purchase and walk out.
No lists at all.
Now, if smoking the weed causes you to get lung cancer on the other hand, THAT's what medical marijuana is for.

Was wondering if Oklahoma had recreational marijuana and say you went to the doctor and they drew blood.The doctor finds thc in your blood.Would he have to report you to the feds or the insurance companies?Last year while in Colorado I had a man tell me his medical insurance was denying a claim because he had thc in his blood even thought its legal in Colorado.He had some type of surgery and it was around $40,000.00
Why would the Dr. b testing for THC in the first place?
i'm all for regulating weed like tomatoes, but 788 prohibits the state from using the med. card as a reason to deny an SDA card or any other license, and records will be sealed, so ffl dealers won't have any way to know unless the purchaser lets them know.
