Non-Disclosure Agreements just aren’t the same anymore I guess. I signed a few myself and well, I still ain’t telling. Seriously, I really don’t know how she can reveal some of the things I believe she is revealing.

I think she could probably be in real trouble for recording Kelly in the Situation Room. Just for taking a recording device in there she could be in trouble. Of course other administrations wouldn't have handled a routine personnel matter in there to begin with.
Her recording of the president over the phone... I think she's in the clear on that. The recording actually makes him sound like a really great guy. The president heard about the whole thing on the news. He didn't even know she'd been fired. It gave him a sadon.
good thing he just called her a 'dog' on twitter. can't have him looking like a really great guy for long.
Some things are a given, why waste valuable Twitter space on that?
