I boil the water, put the noodles in, let them set for 3 minutes, put the flavor pack in and stir it up. I eat it with a fork. I never mastered chopsticks.

Sometimes I add a cracked egg when I boil the noodles, making sure to put it on top so some of it sticks to the noodles. Works pretty well.

And wow, what a resurrection of an old thread!

At less than .10 cents per bag retail, just how big was that trailer that it was a $100,000 loss?
Don’t have a bag of the noodles with me now to get measurements but common sense tells me that a standard semi trailer with outside dimensions of 8’X40’ isn’t big enough.
Just an opinion without facts on my part for the record.

Love the noodles.
Start 2 cups of water on the stove, slice some thin cut ham into strips and add. Add packet of pork flavor.
Break and stir one egg into the boiling water.
Cut bell pepper and onion into long strips, add after the egg. (Jalapeño pepper if you like heat at the same time) crushed red pepper as an option.
Add sliced mushrooms after the bell pepper/onion mix. Add any leftover green beans or asparagus in small quantities toward the end as they are precooked and just need warmed.
Adding the ingredients will stop the boil and will need to start again, so the two minute cook time on the package will likely be 5.
You now have restaurant style ramen noodles.

For whatever reason, the pork flavor packets are not available at any grocery store in Ponca City. All owned by Pyramid stores. I have to buy them at a mom and pop store in Tonkawa.

Unless ya just have something against chickens, those are way more flavorful than the pork IMO. Even if ya use pork (or beef) as the meat. :drunk2:
