One OSA member did, but he passed away. Had a guy in Ponca City that used to do it, but he retired from gunsmithing.
Call J.K Williams, Gunsmith, at Henry's Guns in Yukon. He was the 'smith at the old Outdoor America Store for many years. If he isn't set up to do it there, he probably knows who can do it for you. I recall the name Keith Rainbow too, but dang if I can find his contact info. Anybody? J.K, may know him too...

Keith was still on South Sunnylane a month or so ago, but talking about moving back to his home shop. We picked up two from him that he had blued. Actually, one of them was a complete custom build that he and Steve Baldwin teamed up on. Did a good job, as usual.
Id not recommend Keith Rainbow. I dropped a muzzle loader off to him the year my son was born Excuse after excuse and I picked it up four years later with little done to it. Well, that isn't true as the barrel rusted terrible. Anyway, a flood, deer season, sickness, moving, etc. I have a kit that I need built. I gave him wide birth as he was recommended by good people, worked with Steve Baldwin and the The Rifle Shoppe, and I had seen his work. FOr whatever reason he dropped the ball and I feel stupid for waiting as long as I did to pick up my parts. I about blew my top when I picked it up and he was trying to push a CCW course on me.
Reminds me of someone on this forum.
