Got some new leather and wood.
I bought the Rock 10mm that Annie put up months ago. i can find only one problem with the pistol, and perhaps a 1 piece full length guide rod might fix that, fit and finish are good, and i might dabble off into a basic RIA A1. Rock Island has improved their standards

I'll tell ya what, the slide is so hard to rack I can only do it a couple of times before I'm in muscle fatigue. The single stack didn't seem that bad, this one is rough.
Out of curiosity, why only singlestack?
i am not of a spray and pray shooting class. i was trained to shoot on the 200, 300, 500 yardline. i shoot with confidence that i will hit what i aim at
I was too, but I doubt I could see the target at 500 anymore and at the 300, it’s a maybe.

I've always been comfortable shooting targets at 500 yds with any gun. Problem is, I have no idea where the hell the round hit other than the general direction of my aim. Ha.
