I had a buck come in at first light to check out a doe. He was grunting the whole way! She was like my wife, not interested.

Got to the stand about 2:30 this afternoon, saw a good buck chasing a doe just for a few seconds and that was the biggest rack I saw all evening. 19 bucks, 11 doe/fawns. Good evening in the stand, just no shooters.
Yesterday morning 5:30am on my way to work there was a buck running down 9th Street in the left hand turn lane. Doe was standing in the firehouse lawn and took off when she saw him coming. He continued the chase down 8th Street. One of the funniest things I’ve seen in awhile.
Daylight observation shows very little interest in chasing in Garfield and Logan counties. On our place in Payne county I saw a mature buck bumping a doe in the evening on 11/26 still a lot of standing beans in Garfield county and mature bucks seem to have switched back to food sources early and late. I just finished swapping most of the SD cards I saw zero deer on my route today (12:30-2:20) did see a flock of about 30 turkeys though. Will swap cards on the last few cameras tomorrow afternoon. We’re moving a couple hundred steers tomorrow.

Same thing in Canadian Co. Pulled cards today and bucks are getting back together and feeding, and I had no chasing on camera in the past 5 days.
