Asians sue Harvard for discrimination in a case that may end college racial preferences

It's not just Harvard, it the entire education institution.
So take a look at this chart, for med school.
The percentage in the columns is the percentage of those who would gain admission with the above grades.
Lets look at the extremes.
A 24-26 MCAT with a GPA of 3.2-3.39. If you're Asian only 5.9% are getting in with these grades. But if you're White, Hispanic or Black, well then 8.0%, 30.5% and 56.4% respectively.
Or
A 30-32 MCAT with a GPA of 3.6-3.79. If you're Asian only 57.5% are getting in with these grades. But if you're White, Hispanic or Black, well then 63.0%, 83.4% and 93.7% respectively.
So same scores, but some are admitted based on their race versus others. How is this not racism? If it was flipped upside down I bet there would be screaming from the rooftops that it was.

Makes me wonder about David Hogg's admission "criteria"
I have said many times that we need to pick our brightest regardless of ethnicity and put them in universities ans skill them in the sciences. But in the meantime, we need to clean up the universities that are taking money from the Mideast, they are being bought and ultimately, it is going to hurt the United States.
They aren’t hurting for money. They have a $39.2 billion dollar endowment.
I wish someone would explain why Hogg got in? Now hiring will have snowflake preference
